I was surprised by this. It’s been really easy on my stomach, and I haven’t had any “bloating” issues at all...

I’ve been using the granular version in my coffee and it does the job. It tastes close to regular sugar, and thankfully there’s no weird aftertaste. Obviously it’s not going to be exactly the same as sugar, but for everyday coffee, it’s a solid swap.

The package showed up in perfect shape, no dents or anything. It was packed reaaally well, so I was happy with it.

I actually like this sweetener and would probably buy it more often, but the items I want seem to be out of stock a lot, which is frustrating. Shipping was fine, nothing special. I also wish there were clearer instructions or updates about when things will be available again so I’m not just checking back and guessing.

I’m really happy with this because the texture just feels right to me. It’s fine and smooth, not clumpy like a few others I’ve tried, and that makes it so much less frustrating to use. It mixed into my batter easily, and the consistency stayed close to regular sugar, which made me feel like I wasn’t compromising on the recipe. Definitely glad I gave it a try.

I’ve been trying Swerve here and there, mostly in coffee, and then I threw it into some baking because I figured why not. It’s not bad, exactly. Like, I’ve definitely had worse sugar substitutes, and in baked stuff it kind of blends in better. But in coffee, that’s where I noticed the aftertaste more. It has this slightly odd thing at the end that I can’t totally ignore. Not terrible, just not real sugar, if that makes sense. I’d keep it around for occasional use, but I don’t think it’s replacing my regular sugar anytime soon...

Customer service did get back to me after a couple of days, and they were polite enough. I just didn’t feel like my issue was really solved — it was more like they gave me the standard basic info and left it at that. Not a terrible experience, but nothing that stood out either. I’d say trust your instinct if you’re expecting more hands-on help.

I’ve bought from Swerve Sweetener a few times now, and compared to what I’ve paid in local stores in the past, the value is definitely better. The prices feel fair for what you get, and shipping has been totally fine each time. Overall, I’ve been happy with my orders and I’ll probably keep coming back when I need to restock.
